Mai ales in conexiunile p2p , torrent apare aceasta eroare iar browserele nu mai incarca paginile. Utilizati acest software http://www.lvllord.de/download.php?url=en/EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip
Observati campul "Current maximum concurrent half-open connections:" care default este 10 (in imagine e deja modificat la 50)
