We’d like to inform you that due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines (http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines) your YouTube account databun has been suspended. After review we determined that activity in your account violated our Community Guidelines, which prohibit spam, scams or commercially deceptive content (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2801973?hl=en). Please be aware that you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. For more information about account terminations and how our Community Guidelines are enforced, please visit our Help Center at https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802168?hl=en.
Then if you appeal you receive this answer.
This account was found in Violation of TOU #4 Section H:
“You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, YouTube grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. YouTube reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Service with respect to their Content.”
All of your YouTube channels connected to the same adsense account will receive the same notification and therefore they will be deactivated.
In 48 hours you will receive another notification:
One from adsense: firstname.lastname@example.org
This email is to alert you that your AdSense account was found to be non-compliant with our AdSense program policies and as a result, your AdSense account has been disabled.
Current account status: Disabled
Action required: None
It’s important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content. This may include, but is not limited to:
copying portions of text content from other sources
websites dedicated to embedded videos from other hosts
websites with gibberish content that makes no sense or seems auto-generated
templated or pre-generated websites that provide duplicate content to users.
For more information, please review the AdSense program policies, this help article about scraped content and Google’s Webmaster Quality Guidelines.
As your account has been permanently disabled, we will withhold payment of your account balance. As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms), Google reserves the right to withhold payments from publishers due to any breach of the program agreement. Please note that this step was taken in an effort to maintain the quality of the AdSense program and to protect the interests of our AdWords advertisers. The earnings on your account will be returned to the affected advertisers.
Since your account was found to be in violation of our program policies, all of the sites you were monetizing have had ad-serving disabled and they are no longer eligible for participation in the AdSense program.
No further accounts
Please note that further participation in the AdSense program by publishers whose accounts have been disabled is prohibited. For more information concerning disabled accounts, please see the FAQ in our Help Center: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2576043?utm_source=crs&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=notificationhl=en&answer=2576043&topic=1342777&ctx=topic.
Thank you for your understanding.
